the affiliate I've been an affiliate the affiliate I've been an affiliate manager so I know what was available to

when I first started in the industry when I first started in the industry there were certain platforms that you

kind of had to use kind of had to use and we were trying to move a lot

anything that gives them an edge and anything that gives them an edge and usually the tools that they start with

white label Brands um I've worked with white label Brands um I've worked with them before where make as a business you
them before where make as a business you them before where make as a business you may create five white label Brands you
may create five white label Brands you may create five white label Brands you may want a potential duration of each of
may want a potential duration of each of may want a potential duration of each of those Brands so I think when it comes to
those Brands so I think when it comes to those Brands so I think when it comes to the larger Brands and and you know I
the larger Brands and and you know I the larger Brands and and you know I think the shift has happened to

retention already and I think that is retention already and I think that is mainly because of acquisition costs

smaller white label brands that maybe smaller white label brands that maybe don't have the budget there to do that
don't have the budget there to do that don't have the budget there to do that they have to focus on on retention
they have to focus on on retention they have to focus on on retention because they're not able to compete with
because they're not able to compete with because they're not able to compete with the larger Brands they're not able to the larger Brands they're not able to the larger Brands they're not able to bring in the better player value so
bring in the better player value so bring in the better player value so being able to understand and focus on
being able to understand and focus on being able to understand and focus on that retention side is is incredibly
that retention side is is incredibly that retention side is is incredibly important um I don't think that was the
important um I don't think that was the important um I don't think that was the case really in the past as much I think
case really in the past as much I think case really in the past as much I think you know a lot of the brands that we you know a lot of the brands that we you know a lot of the brands that we work with it was a lot about quantity
work with it was a lot about quantity work with it was a lot about quantity over quality it was driving as much
over quality it was driving as much over quality it was driving as much players into the business as possible
players into the business as possible players into the business as possible and hoping that you were going to get a and hoping that you were going to get a and hoping that you were going to get a whale um of such
whale um of such whale um of such um it's quite interesting that you said
um it's quite interesting that you said um it's quite interesting that you said about you know 50 new programs opening

these Brands after for an affiliate these Brands after for an affiliate program kind of go back to longevity but

we have Brands where they we have Brands where they will when they're speaking to us they
will when they're speaking to us they will when they're speaking to us they will only want to agree deals for six

months for nine months because they know months for nine months because they know that they're going to only be here for a
that they're going to only be here for a that they're going to only be here for a certain period of time which is
certain period of time which is certain period of time which is absolutely fine but I think there needs

transparency on that especially when transparency on that especially when working with with Affiliates yeah I

going to charge you the flat fee it's uh going to charge you the flat fee it's uh the flat fee is going to be even higher

because you fit this quality or because you fit this quality or characteristic and um I think you're

have been informed that they need an have been informed that they need an affiliate program they know that Revenue
affiliate program they know that Revenue affiliate program they know that Revenue can be driven through and they know that can be driven through and they know that can be driven through and they know that it can be a profit for the business
it can be a profit for the business it can be a profit for the business perhaps that knowledge and understanding perhaps that knowledge and understanding perhaps that knowledge and understanding isn't isn't fully there so I think

business and something that we kind of business and something that we kind of have a lot of care attention on is

actually understanding the business actually understanding the business whether they're brand new whether whether they're brand new whether whether they're brand new whether they've been going for 10 years 15 years
they've been going for 10 years 15 years they've been going for 10 years 15 years and what they want from an affiliate
and what they want from an affiliate and what they want from an affiliate program a lot of businesses and you know
program a lot of businesses and you know program a lot of businesses and you know we're the same Revenue we want to bring
we're the same Revenue we want to bring we're the same Revenue we want to bring in more clients we want to drive Revenue
in more clients we want to drive Revenue in more clients we want to drive Revenue to our business however I would rather

business and is with us for four or five business and is with us for four or five years so us giving them that feedback
